Teacher of Science - Maternity Cover

Priory is a very successful school, graded “Good” by OFSTED. The school is consistently oversubscribed yet has a genuinely comprehensive intake.

The Governors seek to appoint the following:

Temporary Post 0.4 or 0.6 FTE (Maternity cover)- with the ability to teach Physics especially welcome, working within the Science Curriculum Area. The Science Curriculum Area occupies 8 specialist laboratories and is led by a Curriculum Leader who is supported by a Deputy Curriculum Leader, and two Assistant Curriculum Leaders, 8 further Teachers and 2 Science Technicians.

Teacher of PE

Priory is a very successful school, graded “Good” by OFSTED. The school is consistently oversubscribed yet has a genuinely comprehensive intake.

The Governors seek to appoint the following:

An excellent Teacher of PE with a dynamic and innovative approach to the teaching of the practical and theory aspects of the subject. The ability to offer high quality GCSE and BTEC Sport lessons will be required. The post will involve teaching mixed gender and ability groups but will predominantly involve teaching boys’ PE. NQT’s are welcome to apply.

Teacher of Music

The Governors seek to appoint the following:

A full time teacher of Music to work within the Performing Arts Curriculum Area, which includes Art, Photography, Dance and Drama as well as Music. An ability to teach KS3 and KS4 would be essential and the ability to teach other subjects within the arts would be desirable.
